- Crissy Violatzis Added March 14, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While the place sells itself with its magnificent views the accommodation leaves a lot to be desired. One miniscule tiny soap, one towel, one blanket, one pillow per customer. Not even one item as a spare in case is needed. Perhaps management needs to be aware that not all customers are used to the low temperatures and may need an extra blanket. Hot water in hand basin turned off. No icecube tray in the freezer. Hot shower less than 3 minutes, and other occupants had to wait over half an hour for water to reach decent temperature. Beds were not made. WIFI is Non existent. Phones do not get answered, messages take hours to be replied, attendants are hard to crack a smile.

Having worked in hospitality for 20+ years myself I can understand if one or two people are not having their best day but EVERYONE simply wanted to get the job done and get out of there. I only hope the bride & groom were having to much fun to pick up on it. As a wedding guest I could not be more disappointed with the level of service we received at what should have been the most amazing occasion.
